*A separate footprint prim in the box (flat prim telling you before you rez the entire house out - will it fit your parcel?), and
*Vast majority if not all after rez on the homes I've purchased have been yes-mod after rezzing out. Switch out a sofa? Add/remove a wall? Another floor? Yes, two-three clicks away.

I had a bad review befor because no one would Contact me while her Staff never got in touch with me. The owner came on apoligized she been busy over Xmas and then she got a hold of me apoligized and sent me my house little late for Xmas though I really wanted it for xmas sinse it had the lit up tree and I had a few people who live with me it was kinda of a sad Xmas for us sinse we had no house and a sandy Island but it worked out just through out a camp fire and remembered XMas is about being with one another - anyways she sent me a house and $1000 Store Voucher which Im glad because I'm just buying more from her anyways she's a good person just remember to send a Note Card not kick the staff Boxes around like I did, they wont come :( .. I took off one star because my sl xmas was ruined and the staff don't do there job .. other than that it was pretty good..
Great Quality Starter House
This a great house to start out in if you want a good looking house, low prim count, and security system. You can move the furniture and even replace them quite easily.This was the first house I purchased for me and my boyfriend. We have really adored it. It looks great with a sunset skyline and dark grass, in my opinion. Just when you're modding things, make a rez board (Flat, square board) for unboxing/modding things. You might accidentally drag a texture to a floor or wall, or even accidentally delete the shell of the house. ^_^; It'll save you the hassle of re-rezzing your house. Great purchase, would buy again! <3
