There is NO seam in the map so linear textures will not work well; best for overall patterns as shown.

Each mesh object is optimized for long range viewing and low impact land costs. The "actual" upload cost is mentioned in the vendor photo. If the cost is .5, or 1.5 etc. then you could add another .5 item without increasing the land impact costs.
