Moderate 4 room house with open upper loft and bay window. Textures have been preadjusted for best look, simply edit-->select face and input your own textures for maximum customization or live in as is. Current textures are red, blacks and greys. This product contains prim, sculpted and mesh items. Resizing CAN increase the land impact in an unknown amount due to the mush items.
