This is really pretty. If you don't like the fur at the waist, just go into edit, choose edit linked and DESELECT the skirt, all of the prims, and then go to texture and make the fur piece transparent 100%. This dress is absolutely beautiful both ways, would be wonderful for a formal ice skating party.

First, I have to say that the animated skirt that looks like falling snow is amazingly beautiful. Utterly amazing. I could probably do without the ruff of fur around the waistline. Just wish there were some way to remove it.
