These are more like scarifications than tattoos, which is perfectly cool. However, I wish the forehead symbols were a bit wider, like the chin markings, so that I could get that same scarification look when I recolored them for my skin. The forehead symbols are just too skinny to have them to look like a scarification using the "Healed" option.
