First off let me explain a little about this home.
A few years ago a friend gave me this home full
permissions. It was kind of gutted , persay.
I added on and added my own touch and furniture. kitchen, pool,
and textures. So yes i did a lot of rebuilding to it.
This home fits a 37 x 29 Foot Print, the kitchen is mesh as with the living room and bed room. sorry i had no room for a bath in this build, but will be happy to add one on for you.
Pool is animated, a rug with star gazing poses, hot tub on the upper deck, and a fire by the pool to keep you warm.

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
