You can edit it to change the colors or add textures. You can resize it witch will change the land impact.
It is driven by a HUD to rez it in the sky, and to occult/unoccult windows.
You can rez this skybox in a land where you are allowed to rez, over 1000m of altitude. You can after rezzing take a copy to rez it manualy else where.
