Our Skybox and ground area homes start at $200/wk for a fully furnished model with an additional 75 prims. Unfurnished homes come with 100 free prims. Tenants can choose to return any or all of the furniture and will be given the added prims instead to use towards their own items.
There are several models to choose from. Furnished homes can come with furniture that includes animated beds, cuddle rugs and couches, jacuzzi baths and more. House control panels allow you to open and close the windows, adjust the lights, turn the fireplaces on and off.
All Skyboxes are made as private as possible and situated out of sight range of other houses in the sky.
Larger houses vary in price and are available in the sky or on land. Most properties or sky platforms can be rented without the shown house and tenant will be given prims instead.
Special requests can often be accomodated and extra prims are available if needed. Take the landmark to the rentals office and you can tp to each available home for a tour.
