It's lovely.
But I can't figure out how to make it look in world like it does in the picture. The other PBR grounds work beautifully right out of the box. This doesn't come with the individual map files so I can't make my own normal map or roughness-metallic map to see if I can't get it to work right.

These are great. Curious, though - have you ever thought of making sim surrounds? I would purchase in an INSTANT to match the rest of the products I've purchased from you. :)
