The apartment does not rez correctly
Luxurious and practical.
It's very rare that a build looks like pure luxury, has tons of room of decorate and actually live in, and is so low prim. This is the perfect weekend city getaway! Everything is well proportioned and I love the huge garden/conservatory area, which has plenty of space for a party, outdoor furniture, plants etc. This is one skybox that will never feel claustrophobic. The skylight is lovely, as are the purely decorative balconies - to which I added light strings and more plants.
This apartment is so close to perfect, I feel almost petty mentioning this, but the panoramic view texture is rather blurry; however, replacing it with another texture is so easy, it shouldn't put anyone off buying this and enjoying a stunning view of Paris or any other place of their choice. I'm currently looking across the Seine at the Eiffel Tower through the addition of softly falling snow. The lighting is as adjustable as everything else about this skybox; I made the pretty chandeliers transparent and turned off the ambiance to create my own choice of lighting.
Perfect
Just what I have been looking for. Small easy to fit anywhere skybox, movable in one piece, completely self contained view other than the skywindow in the garden area. Rooms are large enough to furnish and move around. Nice natural movement flow making the entire skybox very usable and aesthetically pleasant. Amazing tardis design overall (small but big). My furniture all fits nicely to scale with the basic design and easily fits up my 300 Li limit of furnishings leaving plenty of movement space remaining.
I purchased this with the intention of heavily modifying so for me the mod friendly design was an important consideration in the purchase and where this design really excells. The textures can all be changed and most of the facing is in sections which make retexturing very easy and fiddle free (eg wall face is wall face only). The outer external view surround can also be retextured giving a completely new seamless external view. Delinking friendly build, fireplace, garden, plants and various other can be moved or removed. This is the easiest design to mod I have seen without any messy awkward tricks necessary. The nuanced architecture and fabulous basic design enhance any modifications giving a beautiful professional finish.

Its okay
I have a lot of Skye products, and most are some of my favorite SL things. I also bought the loft skybox, and love that one. This is similar, but it has some clunky flaws. The lighting is very intense and bright. I tried to modify the light settings, but you turn the light on/off and it resets the settings. The wainscot is oddly proportioned, I am having trouble putting furniture next to it and having things look in scale. The outdoor garden is the best part, but a little too large. As other reviewers have said, the textures are gorgeous however. I also miss the hallway which is a nice feature on the loft design.
