It's a highly flexible set with PREFABS and COMPONENTS supplied for ease of modding. You can rez and position a few prefabs for almost instant results or you can rip 'em up and create your own unique layout.

Most prefabs are 11 LI at around 13 meters (including rocks, grass, water edge ripples and banks)

I had bought sl property next to a renter and they had their land ending into the water as this is. and i was able to walk on it as if its real . sooo realistic thank you for great product as i had bought it shortly after.

Great - but.
This is a really great landform building kit. The detail is amazing. I only wish there was a key to the pieces in the box. It requires a lot of rezzing and deleting. Nevertheless, it is all worth it in the end.
Consider a key. Just sayin'
