Very happy with this purchase
I have been buying landscaping items and textures from Alex Bader's store for years, but this is my first building purchase from him.
The building is meticulously textured (as you would expect), has a really interesting design and is amazingly low in Land Impact given all the details. Perfect for a small store, club or residential use. And while the extra prims that provide the outdoor scene are cool, I am glad they are removable to fit this skybox into the teeniest place.
