That's not even fitted mesh. As soon as the neck is moving, the choker will follow and clip through the shoulders if I turn my head, or the front will clip through my neck/upper-chest area. The design is a great idea and it would work flawlessly if it was rigged, but it's not. It's treated like an object and can be re-positioned with the arrows.
