Nice
One of Arcadia Asylum's best works and that says a lot. It is *slightly* outdated in some ways, lots have changed in SL building since Arcadia's days. But even so, it was so well amde in the first place it can still compete against many, maybe most more recent builds and the price is of course unbeatable.
One tip btw: If you know a little bit of basic buiding, change the phsyics shape to convex hull and the land impact drops from six to just three.
