Gorgeous Baked Textures
That "little bug" mentioned in the other review is apparently fixed as I had no issues.
Meanwhile this is a great build and a very good value. For me, the attention to details in the textures is the best part. There is a definite feel to this area. And as I told my RL friend as I was showing him, you can almost smell the bathroom *wink*. This is a modular build, a mix of prims and mesh (which I personally make too as I think it is the best plan). Because it is modular you can take parts and remake things to your needs. I copied the buildings over, made them very thin (depth wise) and put them along the other side of the street inside a city skybox. It look VERY authentic and you wouldn't guess it was the same buildings. I took a copy of the fence away from the main build and used it other places and I boarded up an unused building with the boards from the alley. So there is MUCH you can do with this. The textures are outstanding!!!!!!! And I am PICKY. My only picky (yes it is) comment as that most of the interior parts of the build (you won't normally see them) are plywood :D. So when camming through walls and such you see that. It's just a pet peeve of mine. Nothing really - LOL. Anyway, very happy with this. Thanks!
Li´l Bug inside but well made...
I´ve found a little bug, two of the doorframes has to be unlinked and set phantom by the user to make the rooms accessable but anyways it´s tasteful detailed and textured. A great build for that price.
