This is a basic small garage workbench and accessories (AKA tools) for your home. The workbench is prim with a land impact of 3, and is copy/mod. It is made to be placed against a wall. Please note that the tools on the board are a photograph and are on a flat prim to keep the land impact so low. (Please see picture #2 for a close up.)

The accessories are included, but not linked, so you can choose whether or not you'd like to use each, and where/how you'd like to place them. So, AS SHOWN, the total land impact would be 14.

The accessories are mesh and are copy only. The rolling workseat is 3 land impact. The creeper is 7 land impact, and the toolbox is 1 land impact.
