A simple small building on a pier. it is perfect for use as a small shop .
only 19 prim!
there are 2 included: 1 with colored lights the other with yellow, of course you can select face and make the lights any color you wish.
there is also a small pier prim included so you will be able to rez more than one side by side, just add the extension prim in between.
this is in rezzer #2 inworld for viewing and we also are using it for shop space on the ground level.
Material textures were used in this. to see the effects you must have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences.
