Simple chest fluff is exactly that. It's a lil tuft of fuzz across the chest. I couldn't find something I liked on the market, so I made something more to my personal tastes.
Can mix it with mesh fluff pieces to create depth and tint it to whatever color you want.
100% hand painted (with a mouse) with individual hairstrokes.
BoM only.
