Full perm, where?

Yep, this sniper red cross is funy and yes, I had the perfect place to put it
BUT it's not a full perm product, like it's advertise : what I receive is a no copy-no modify texture.

I can understand for no modify, but seriously, what do you do with a no copy texture?
