This chair is 1Li, has 13 single-av animations, and is C/M/NT (the scripts are no mod.) It's 100% original mesh, and its materials are enabled.
The item was made to be sunk just below the surface of the land or prim it's sitting on. This is to better blend the snow texture when placing it on snowy land, (it might look a little funny anywhere else.) The texture was derived from a mix of standard SL snow textures, so it should blend pretty well with snow on the mainland. Related textures are available in everyone's inventory library, so you can better match your ground prim to the furniture if need be.
There's an option to turn snow particles on/off via a button in the sit menu. They'll cover a radius larger than the chair itself, and cannot be adjusted. They add some nice atmosphere :)
