The snow for Dutchie's furnished cafe consists of 3 parts: the snow roof, the terrace snow and the awning snow. Place all 3 on the right spot first, then link them together. This will make the land impact go down from 29 to 27 prims.

There are versions for the build with and without side window included and there is an extra snow layer that would fit over the optional tiles at the back of the building.
