The snow for Dutchie's red brick houses consists of 6 parts: 3 snow roofs and 3 snow layers for the terraces. Place all 3 on the right spot first, then link roof and terrace layers together. This will make the land impact go down for the cafe and store buildings.
There are versions for the houses with and without side windows included and there is an extra snow layer that would fit over the optional tiles at the back of the building.
