Snow Effect is Amazing

The snow effects are amazing but (unless I am mistaken) the radius of the snow cannot be changed and it deletes itself after after ten minutes. Am I wrong?

How do I get emitters for my property? I wear and it covers a little bit of my sim, but it also ends ups raining or snowing inside my home and structures. Any help in world would be appreciated!
