This has been updated to mesh January 21,2017.LI is 12. This is one large non-claustrophobic room sitting on top of 4 tree stumps. A shadow for that realistic look. Easy to use security door. I have included one with an awning and one without.

GREAT TRAILER!! JUST BE SURE TO REZ IT LOW ENOUGH!!!
This is a nice economical place to fulfill your trailer trash dreams. The interior is actually very roomy. As long as you don't mind living loft style you will be good to go.
Just make sure when you rez it you lower the trailer enough so you can use the steps. If the trailer is to high you wont be able to walk up them. I had this problem and contacted the builder about it. She gave me the info on lowering the structure so it's all good.
Worth the lindens and great customer service:))
