This low prim houseboat is perfect for a small plot of water land or used as a small house/cottage on regular land! Nicely sized & high quality textures. 2 sculpt privacy windows (change to black, clear or blinds on touch) and 1 sculpt ladder that leads to a spacious roof deck. Easy to use security door.

simple houseboat BW
If you need a small houseboat "this is the one to buy" looks fantastic, plenty of room inside, nice colors, tinting windows/locking door and a great deck area on the roof, it is all you will ever need in a houseboat, should be 50 star rating, i love mine :):):)
