The demos are a small representation of the eyes available in the series.

These eyes are unisex and HD meaning they are a higher texture resolution and because of that may take longer to appear depending on your internet and how second life is running at that point in time. Remember to refer to your mesh head hud to change the size of the eye to get it to the size you would like it to be.
