this is a rigged mesh 'hair'style designed as an animated mesh attachment. Its built-in AO uses a notecard that lets you choose which animation it plays.
This style comes with full perm textures as well as UVs and material textures.

I've loved these noodles for two years!
And they're almost absolutely perfect! The one singular thing that I can't do with them that I wish I could would be to texture the eyes. You can recolor them, but that's all </3
But not gonna dock nothing for that little detail, these pudgy wiggle buddies are still absolutely adorable!

I adore this hair like crazy, and though it took a bit of modding and texture work, I got it to match a mod I'd got recently. The animations are on point, too. Worth the L, tbh.

It's honestly the best I've seen on the market in regards to gorgon/medusa hair. Comes with two different animations and provides many textures modding.
My only gripe is that I can not change the size of the item, so it's a bit oversized for me.
