A simple unscripted shoulder mic, with a cable that goes down your back.
The microphone and the cable are separate objects, so if the cable is too small for your avatar you can still use the microphone and have it come out of a shirt collar!

Looks professional
Mas microphone looks super nice and professional on the shoulder. One thing that bothers me personally: I sometimes bend down with my AO and then the open end of the cable sticks out a little at the rear. But that is not really noticeable in the fire department uniform.
