Nice cozy home
The blok architectural aesthetic of the exterior was just what I needed to fit in with other concrete structures. Land impact is 32 as advertised and physics collision is all good. Doors and windows all work fine. Pretty easy to mod (just be aware that you need to work around, or move the invisible physics object to select most of the walls and floors). I personally decided to replace the interior carpets and brick floors.

This house is perfect for me cause I don't need hella space, but it has just enough space as well. No flaws. <3
