After careful consideration and seeing the previous starships I have designed. I took the liberty of designing this space dockyard carefully choosing the lowest possible land impact with the highest detail and quality in my work.
An excellent piece to add to any sci-fi sim.

A better buy at a third of he price
If your looking for something to incorporate into a larger this could serve good as slips for a ship, though the no mod perm makes it harder to do so. A lowering of the price and changing of perms would see this be vastly more worth the price at half of current asking
