Speach bubble

Wear (or add) on your avatar. When you speak in open chat, the bubble will show the same text. But with a limitation of 32 characters.
After 30 seconds the bubble will fade away until you speak again.

If you click the bubble, you can change some options.
1. Channel
The default channel is 0 (open chat) but you can select a different one in the menu
Say you choose (type in) 4. Then everything you say on channel 4 will be displayed in the bubble.
Example:
/4 This is a text in channel 4

2. Fading
The default time for the bubble to stay visible is 30 seconds. You can give an alternative number of seconds in the menu. If you choose 0, the bubble won't fade at all.
