Perfect for movement control
I needed something that could allow a demon char to appear to glide smoothly off of things rather than flop onto the ground, as well as fly smoothly within the confines of a single sim, and this tool does just that.
Contrary to what it may seem, this tool can let you go from 0%-1000%, not just 50%-200%; there is a toggle for different ranges to allow better precision.

This HUD allows variance between 50% and 200% normal speeds. Faster speeds work, but appear jerky (maybe animations cannot keep up with the increased speeds). No matter, I wanted this HUD to *slow down* my avatar for walking meditation. Slower speeds are not jerky, but because speed can be reduced only to 50% this HUD helps a bit with walking meditation but is not a long-term solution. For the record I'm using this with a Maitreya Lara body.

Glitchy, and not worth using.
If you're looking to reduce your speed (to walk slower, for example), this HUD doesn't do the job well. You will be experiencing glitching and animation pushback as the HUD tries to slow you down, but can't quite do it.
I found the best reliable way to slow walk speed is to change your crouch animation in your AO to your stand animation, then change your crouch-walk to a regular walk animation. This is the only reliable way I've found to reduce my movement speed. This HUD won't work (I tried it on multiple avatars).
