The 21 stairs version is typical suited to one level of floors, whereas the 42 stairs version is higher and typical suited for two levels of floors.
All stairs come with copy and modify permissions.
The included AO texture may be used to make your own textures with shadows embedded into your textures, if you prefer to.
All stairs have physics so you are able to walk up and down on them.
