Starbase Commander's Quarters
30 prims for module
15 prims for accessories (mostly mesh)

When you're the Commander of a Starbase, you need somewhere special where you can relax. Welcome to the Commander's Quarters, an opulent, luxurious, private, VIP module for the owner of the Starbase - that's you, by the way.

- Ultimate in Starbase VIP luxury accommodation
- All round corridor and viewing windows
- Lockable sets of automatic sliding doors
- Internal private area
- Security Shutters
- Lighting effects
- Free Accessories include:
- seats, plants toiletries, basin, towels
- animated shower, bed & TV screen

The entrance is controlled by a sliding lockable door, with display signs that leave you in no doubt that this is the private quarters of the Commander.. Inside, there is a corridor that runs around the perimeter of the module, with all round views of space. There are two doors on either side of the corridor that slide open as you approach them, but these can be locked as well.

Once inside, there are wall seats and couches and even potted plants. The viewing windows can be sealed off for security or privacy by touching the panels above the windows. This will cause them to lower themselves down over the windows, giving you total security.

Commander's private quarters:
At the far end of the corridor there is the entrance to the Commander's private quarters. The door will open and close on touch or on approach, but you can lock it with a 'long touch'. Inside, you will find everything you need for your personal comfort - subdued lighting, wash basins, towels, toiletries, plants, wall paintings, a big double bed, a shower, even an antique bookcase.

Commander's Chairs:
You'll get a special matching Commander's Chair to place anywhere within your quarters. Its copy and modifiable so you can add as many as you want. The chair is only one prim and has adjustable multiple poses. You can even align them side by side to form couches. For example, you can use them to make meeting areas or places for your staff and guests to sit while they wait in the corridor for you to see them.

Commander's Shower: (with animations)
The shower unit has sliding doors (touch to operate) and multiple animated male and female showering poses for hair and body washing. Touch the shower's ceiling to turn the lovely water effect on or off. There's even room for a second person in the shower but you'll have to add your own extra poses for that one!

Toiletries:
There's some attractive toiletry bottles on the shelves and a couple of towels hanging up - all mesh. The shower is fully functional and there's a hand-wash pose for the basin. (just touch it).

Commander's Widescreen Viewer:
There's a wall-mounted curved, widescreen image slideshow viewer, that rolls through a series of textures that are contained inside the prim. It's supplied with some examples to get you going but of course, you can remove them and put your own pictures in. Each image is displayed for a few seconds before moving on to the next one. Touch the screen to turn it on or off. You can adjust the timer delay and even pause it when it shows something interesting. It has many other features and comes with a comprehensive instruction guide.

Commander's Bed:
It's hard work being in charge of a Starbase. So, we've included a splendid double bed with your quarters, Commander. You can flop down on this mesh bed after a hard day's graft and relax. We've equipped it with several classy poses for resting or sleeping (some of them animated) but we also have a 'special' version available if needed. Ask us about it.

P.S. Don't forget to water the plants!

There is a Magno-Bolt attachment plate at the base of the column to make the placement of your accessories easy. Just touch the plates to align them. The Magno-Bolt accessories include the six monitoring stations and the six data screens, all mesh constructions.

All the Exosphere starbase modules can easily be joined together by simply touching their bulkhead door frames. They'll move themselves into place and align themselves automatically. This module comes with free bulkhead end caps so you can make this into a separate stand-alone module, or you can join it to others to form part of a larger base.

The atmosphere of the modules are excellent and this is certainly no exception! Love the comforting feel of this one. After dealing with aliens and the demanding schedule aboard my station, this is a nice cozy retreat to relax and chill in! Love the ability to customize the slideshow viewscreen/monitor!

I have spent 1000's of Linden for space stations, and I was never happy, now Finaly I can build my own FAST and EASY!! with the Exoshpere system I bought all the moduals
the stations almost assemble them selves, mine was ready to use in 30 minutes then I started adding more. you got to try this, most moduals have decorations included .
Quality craftsman ship, easy to use and affordable.

I am one happy Space cadet.

Not only is this module a fantastic piece of work, the creator was amazingly friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and showed me a lot of her work in world.

I could not be happier with my purchase, and have started building my own station a few modules at a time.

Something I was curious about before I bought any of these was the scale. I like avatars close to real world heights, I am 5'5" for instance, and I found these to match my preferred choice of heights very well. I would say if you're in the range of 5 and a half to 6 and a half feet you should be very happy with this. It is also mod so I suppose you could make it bigger if you're an 8 foot giant as well :)

Anyway, if you are at all curious if this is a good buy, just go for it. Better still, follow the in-world store link from the Marketplace and see it for yourself.
