This is a prim model individual Starfleet "Future" solid metal version Communicator Badge. Not the usual "picture on a prim" type badges.
One of a set of 4 departmental colours of Yellow, Red, Blue and Green which you can purchase individually or as part of a fatpack.
It was hard to find a prim commbadge in Second Life and so I decided to create my own. It also comes with it's own communicator chirp on clicking. A non-chirp version is also available.

Been searching for this~
This makes the authentic communicator sound from Star Trek: The Original Series. My only mild annoyance with this is that sometimes it's hard to click, but if you zoom in kind of at an angle it will work.
