Just a good teleporter.
As a strong point it is noteworthy that its rendering cost is only 1 and only 1 script. And unlike many objects it does not turn into a cucumber when you move the camera away.
It is a region wide teleportation system that works using experience with the special effects and sounds of a stargate.
