I cant use it, it wont allow me to retexture my ONA bunny!!! Help me or refund me to change my rate!

So, before I start, I would like to say that I wrote a NC and IM to the creator a week ago about the issue with this skin. After waiting 7+ days for a response, I felt that was long enough.

This skin is very cute. It's a little cartoony, but you can see that in the picture. The style is very nice and very unique. It could pass off as just about any species you wanted!

However, what you do not see in the picture and what is not mentioned anywhere is that the mouth is grey. The inside of the mouth is grey and the tongue is grey. You can tell this wasn't intended though, as the rim of the mouth (inner lip area) is a fleshy red.
Now, I know this doesn't seem like a huge deal.. But it really kills the "Oh I really like this mod" mood when you see such an error. There is no way to recolor the tongue or the inside of the mouth on your own, so you're stuck with this awkward greyscale with a red rim.
If this mod had included a picture of the mouth being open where the buyer could actually see the mouth, then it wouldn't be a big deal. But as it is right now, there is no way of knowing until it is too late and you've spent your money.

I suppose if it really doesn't bother you much then go ahead and use it! As for me.. Sadly since the creator didn't get back to me, I either need to find another mod or find a way to rip out the texture so I can fix it.. Which I would hate to do, as that seems like a pretty scummy move to me. :C
