The Stasis generator is an rp device.
When not in use it follows you around as a small (about shin hight) bot/droid . in use though it surrounds the prisoner / victim in a stasis bubble making them into a frozen statue like figure which the bot can carry around until you wish to release them.

(( it uses none physical movement which both helps to reduce lag and stops the bot getting stuck))
