Comes with all piercings pictured. Each piercing is selectable for customization.
There's a HUD included that changes textures of all piercings, full perm textures are included for easier customization as well as custom textures.

When I unpacked this, the only thing in the pack was a link to the physical store in SL.
Easy to use
Each piercing set is its own object depending on the part of the face it's intended for/piercing type and really easy to rez and hide pieces you don't want. LOVE the texture options aside from the usual Gold, Silver, Black, Bronze. Thank you for these!
