This clock is made to stand out on town squares, shopping streets, to make sure we retain our grip on (virtual) reality.
It keeps SL standard time (PDT) and is extremely low-prim, which makes it highly useful for shopping and mall environments.
If you want to stretch your limits on prim use to the minimum and still fancy a good look of your area, 'Big Ben' is your choice!

Note that it's one-sided; there's only one clock face. Most large street clocks are two-faced, but not this one.
