Inside of building is set to full bright for best visual experience, outside is non full bright. Its all modifiable due to perms.
Mesh behavior allows this prim count, we have checked with Linden Lab support team and behavior when you add script in mesh structure, it sometimes raises prim count. Thus, until you use save option from rezzer box, you will have more prims showing then actual 48 ( or 23 if you rezzed version II).
( in plain language, when you make mesh build of any type, prim count may raise when you drop script into contents of that mesh, not always, but its normal says LindenLab).
In case of this structure, its low prim may also increase significantly if you unlink all prims, which is also normal cause mesh works that way.
If you leave as is, without any unlinking you got 48 prim functional structure.
Wall texture that come as bonus is with full perms.
Bonus full perm texture included is NOT to be resold in any case. Purpose of this is ONLY shading/tinting and re texturing of this wall.

Not too happy
I loved this skybox in the picture but I keep my graphics in world low so that sl runs faster. I've never had a problem with a skybox before but with this one the stairs, photos, and bookshelf don't rez fully until i'm standing right to them. I wish I would have seen this skybox inworld before purchasing it.

Breathtaking attention to detail. Stunning build. Open and airy, yet cozy. Ya know, after I bought this skybox I wanted to speak with the builder and have actually become good friends with one half of the building team. She are so personable, unlike any other builders or designers I have come in contact with in SL. I show her my mods that I have done on her work, and she not only takes time out of her day to come check it out, but gives me her honest opinions of what I have done. I really like everything that they make, but this skybox will be my forever home in SL. xD
Pure quality and class
I bought the urban grunge store from abiss inworld and just love the whole realistic look and feel of it. So once I saw this studio apartment I just had to get it as my design studio. This creator's way with textures and mesh buildings is just so awesome that everything else I see by other builders looks so outdated, noob and tacky now lol. This lil skybox is just pure style, taste, high quality and class, and worth every linden dollar. Thankyou Frasha :)
super quality skybox
i wasn't looking to buy a skybox i already have one i love that i was using when i saw this one come up on the marketplace the picture alone looked enticing so i took a look inworld and was suitably impressed enough to decide i needed an upgrade i had my eye on this a while before i bought it but i'm glad i did for it's size it's bright airy spacious ultra modern design and a low land impact (i rezzed the non bookcase version) the texturing is fab. i also bought another part mesh build from Abiss thanks to both having such low land impacts it's saved me a huge number of prims on a 1024sqm sized plot

Nicely Designed
This is great for a small plot of land that needs a skybox. Abiss does excellent texture work with everything they do and this skybox is no exception. The price is high for an item of this size, but it is quality. DO understand this is a studio apt and it is small. There is a small downstairs, small loft, and a storeage area under the loft that is not really usable. If you are looking for a place to change clothes, or a bachelor pad, this will serve nicely. I'm not sure how friendly the prim count is to a 1024m parcel because i put it in the air on a 8196.
