It features high quality custom textures throughout the build as well as a low prim design while maintaining high levels of detail. The doors feature our “smooth swing” and slide scripting. The Pavilion House includes “Touch Toggle” Gas Lamps to light the home at night. Touch faucets in the bath room also have touch water drains in the vanity bowls. The bath includes a platform for a claw foot tub or your choice. The Library area is raised and has an animated window seat for reading.
The Prims and textures are mod/copy however caution should be exercised should you unlink the main build as the prim count will nearly double.
