Hello! Thank you for your Interest of the Ikimono Ears!

UPDATED TO 2.0! :D NOW OMEGA APPLIER COMPATIBLE! PLEASE TRY DEMO FOR MORE INFO BEFORE PURCHASE! :D

About these ears. They are MESH, so you will need a mesh enable viewer to see them properly. They also have a light set materials enabled for the skin texture to enhance them.

The ears are comprised of layers. Ear layer, is a tintable layer changable via the main hud. You can manually edit them, if you are good at zooming in to layer meshes. :) The ears are FULLY MOD.

*********STOP!!!! BEFORE YOU MOD THE EARS MAKE A BACKUP!!*********

You can add piercings, and ect, heck you can even remove layers. lol. and it wont mess up the positions. You can wear the ears, high, to low. They are very versatile. just please note, to have them in the normal position before moving them, just to make sure they both sit right.

The UV maps are NOT to given out, or sold. These are for you make your own MODS, you can sell your mods if you like. But you may NOT include the UV Maps.
Should you decided to make skins, this is how the ears are laid out.>>

Inner most layer, the skin layers, AND the inner ear shading are the only ones that require, the right AND left maps to be correct. the outer layers, such as the outer rim colour, the shading, and tattoo layers, you should be able to just use the RIGHT UV map. :) This might be kind of easy for moderate to experienced modders, but new modders may need a lil more experimenting or help. :)

Tintable layers Via the HUD
The hud lets you tint, and pretty much everything on the ears. :D Each ear independently. There are 5 different tattoo styles as well! a little bit of something for everyone.

The Skins.
The skins provided tint very well! From the very light/white and pale, to the very dark! This also gives you more freedom to tint your shading how you please to match or the outer rim.

Just to make it all clear, the tintable layers are as fallows> the skin, the outer rim. the shading, the inner ear, and the tattoo. 5 layers in all.

PLEASE NOTE>> Depending on your graphics settings, the tattoo layers MAY have a slight alpha flicker conflict with with outer rim layer. This is an issue with Second Life, and is out of my control. But its not bad really or would not have added it. :)

Now, on the main hud, in the upper right corner, is a - and + buttons. These will adjust the size on BOTH ears. :) Also, when you have layers selected, you can adjust to hide them, show them adjust their transparency, glow, and even full bright on or off. You can also easily use the preselected tint colours, or quickly use the color picker and save your fave colors on the side. you can even manually adjust the RGB under the picker. Also, next to the RGB adjust is a golden microphone, click it, then fallow the chat to input your own rgb color. :) then save.

Along the top of the hud, you will find my logo, and texture preview, and next to those, 3 more buttons, one gives a landmark, one gives this notecard, and the other is a group inviter to the store group. :) While this hud is super awesome and robust, i do not recommend wearing it in high laggy sims. it will cause it to lag and you may not get your colours and adjustments right.

Now, on to the positions hud! This is just a smal little hud, that lets you control the right, and left ears separately. in this new set of ears i have introduced a new ear position. so now we have Normal (default),Alert (slightly raised), Raised (raised fully), Back (Ears folded back), and Flop (ears cute and droopy). The ears do not have a twitch script. Though, you can add one.

Also! you can click each ear, and get a menu, this is a position system. you can use this to adjust each ears position on your head if you are not comfy with moving them manually, or if you dont feel you need them simply remove them. :)

EXTRA Bit of info now for the Modders- These are the numbers of the layers you will need to know, if you add/change texture to your ears. Do NOT change the numbers on the layers, or the layers wont be able to communicate with the hud.

Do NOT rip my textures or meshes. They are all hand-made by me. Actions will be taken! The UVs are included to make your OWN. I will not pass out my PSD files. I MAY add a base template set later on in store for a small fee for modders. but for now the UVs will have to do. :)

these ears are virtually limitless in customization options! i can wear them with my human skins and my furry skins and make each look completely different. i love the ease of the hud, in fact, all her huds are super customer friendly. everything is laid out neatly and organized so switching the colors, tinting, tattoos, etc. all with a flick or click of the mouse. she's even included the uv maps to make your own textures for the ears, perfect for matching up furry skins or oddly colored and/or patterned skins. with them being mod, you can easily add in piercings as well. there's a rumor of a "furry-ized" version in the works, i sooooo can't wait for that! keep up the wonderful work ♥
