Summer Island Lake House(94LI, 13x30)

What a great idea this was! But wasnt thought out texture wise... there was no way to go see it I took a chance live and learn. Tinting textures on this is a nightmare! and the textures are just flat... Im sorry I wanted to love it... LIVE AND LEARN

I recently moved from a full - homestead to a 1/4 parcel. It's been an adjustment, dealing with rules and neighbors. lol We had terraformed our land to be much taller then the neighbors liked and we were told to move our original house down. So, I moved our house completely and purchased this home instead. I wanted something different and unique, not something everyone else has and this fits the bill. The size is decent, I do wish there were one more bedroom and an extra bathroom or a basement so if you ever make a bigger one, please let me know. :D The details are really nice as well. I like that there are two ways to enter the home, on the first or second floor which is great if you want to get up to the bedrooms or bathroom on the third floor faster, just go in on the second floor. The bathroom is small so if you are looking for a big grand bathroom, don't get this home. However for our needs it fit us perfectly. I was able to fit a tub, two sinks and a toilet into the room. :) I didn't try to change the textures on the home so I don't know if you are actually able to do that, but I like the textures, so I decided to keep them as is. I have enjoyed figuring out ways to decorate the open spaces on the first and second floors and my husband has been impressed by what I've done so far. I also wish there were a gangway or bridge option instead of just the landing area in case I want to move it closer to the shore. Overall this was a great buy, excellent price, great land impact and I would recommend this home to others. :)
