The HUD options are worthy of something far more expensive. The low LI is great. An ideal skybox for someone on a small plot, just beginning or someone who just likes to collect homes. Grab it!

Being on the hunt for a new location to photograph scenes or new creations of my own, I came across this beauty. It took two days of considering before I made the purchase. YES, I GOT THE DEMO FIRST! So glad the creator offered this. The demo allows for checking out the textures and ensuring the LI is listed correctly. This place really is amazing and versatile which is what I needed for the scene I had in mind. It worked perfectly! I sure hope that there will be more builds to come from this creator. You rock!
very detailed, nice hud to change floor and walls textures
It is a lovely sunny skybox, and even if it has no door to the outside, it's nice to have the little open balcony.The hud makes easy to change textures to floors and walls in each room and the quality of the textures is very good. I'm very pleased!

For some privacy high in the sky, you don't need much more. It's just the right size and the textures—there are dozens to choose from to match your furnitures—are all well done. Highly recommended.
