The kit is all original mesh and textures, and can easily be re-textured if need be.
Each piece in the Synergy System Builder's Kit is designed to be as easy and quick for you to build your mesh streets, roads, and cities.
Each piece is around 4 land impact.
This builder's kit contains single lane and two lane road pieces at 16m x 16m, and a four lane road at 32m x 32m. Both with sidewalks, and intersections and adapters to go between all other street pieces and sizes.

The nicest and easiest to use street meshes.
I hate fussing with streets, and trying to find ones that fit my exact building needs is a nightmare.
But this is exceptionally easy to work with. It aligns to the snap grid perfectly, and it's actually enjoyable to put these together. The specular and normals are really subtle and beautiful. If there's one thing I could ask for, it'd be a concrete slab to fill in the sidewalk sections to put buildings on, as well as curb sections for parking lots.
I'd recommend this set in a heartbeat, just like it was recommended to me. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!
