My bad
I bought these thinking they might go nano since most of what I have from T-3D do but these do not... I know it doesn't say one way or the other on the subject of nano but for anyone else looking at these if you are looking for them to be decorations on a hat or anything they will go small but they stay fat looking. Still a quality product even if they don't' fit my needs :D
