Great Tank~

Title says it all mostly; the tank itself looks stellar; great texture and design. The color options are all I could really ask for aside maaaybe a winter camo pattern - though the grey/black option might suffice. The weapon effects are great and it only takes a little time to learn how to operate it. Turning feels a bit oversensitive to me, but I'm not on a great PC. My only real complaint is the inner view - Seeing clipped through bits of the turret kind of spoils the immersion and I'd have loved a more detailed inside view of the tank but aiming and firing is smooth and functional so four stars are well earned!

I have always had the old MCE tanks in my inventory and had fun with for the time I did. I figured I would upgrade to a nice mesh tank. My buddy recommended TOC, so I took a look and I seen this one that caught my eye. I am the most pleased with it and the only complaint that I have is, that VICE is not on it.. But I know why, the developers split and stopped updating and supporting it. It's still fun to drive around in military sims and or desert sims. Thanks April for making this work of art, I plan to buy most of you shop when I have enough money, so expect more purchases from me. Have a good day and keep up the good work!

I agree with the first reviewer, trying to aim this, is annoying with seeing the inner mesh, driving needs improvement, and not by how many times you press the movement keys, it needs a real driving feel to it not a (two pushes gets you in like medium speed), for once, please just make it a normal driving. other than that, I think this tank is a fairly priced one and the look of it is beautiful.

After trying other tanks available on SL, I figured I would treat myself and get me a nice, quality MBT.

First off, let's look at the Pros:

- Very detailed, just positively stunning to look at.
- The full ability to control not only the main gun, but the coaxial, Commander's machine gun, even the smoke dischargers.
- The ability to tailor your loadout of shells to what you need, or what you think you might need.

Cons:

- Touchy and often confusing controls. A friend of mine purchased the Leopard 2A6 to go along with mine, and somehow he ended up on his roof and I ended up attempting to climb a wall. When trying to maneuver against an enemy during the heat of battle, simplified controls would be preferred.

- The Mouselook view required to use the turret has you looking through the turret walls. While It's kinda expected, A view through a Gunner's Sight, not through the prims of the front of the turret, would be nice.

- Overall it feels a bit pricey to me. Yeah, it looks great, but the sounds of the guns don't sound or feel realistic, and the controls will take some time to master.

So that's where I stand. I'm not sure it's worth almost 3K Lindens, but it is an impressive and beautiful machine, that I'm sure will see plenty of use.
