These are darkened at the edges. If you have a large area and need to multiple your X/Y, forget it.

Very nice if used properly. The edges are darker or shaded. But can be great if used in the right situation...

The textures as such are ok.
However you have to be clear about the fact that (as the pictures show) they have some kind of "shading" at all edges. In case of you having some scaling >1 this will make them look like tiles (which of course has been stated in the description).
So, for small rooms/items they may be ok (but then the resolution is only 512*512) but hardly the best choice to use for larger areas.
You should know what you want to use them for.

This is Too overpriced for what we get

Unfortunately these are really nice wooden textures for the price, but the lighting on them is wrong. When tiled say 3x3, etc... the lights are square on the prim and not round and centered, as they should be. This creates a blocky look, not natural and therefore not seamless. It's a shame but it is obvious where the texture ends and starts due to the lighting effect.
