DESCRIPTION:
Two different 3D models consisting of 12 light strings. One model allows the light to move horizontally across the model, the other lets the light move vertically. By adding different textures to the models, it will either give you bands or drops of lights moving across the model. You pick the colors by color tinting the strings.
I've added the textures for the various light effects as is, in the purchase.
You can also change the speed in the animation, by accessing the script from the content tab of the light strings. Just open it and change the last number after the "," in line 6 and save the script and see what happens.
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
